Well in the pic they have 2 separate personalities and since it's kinda ship art, I don't include souls since I don't feel comfortable shipping children, but lore wise I think they possibly have dif personalities based off voice lines and backstory [also correct me if wrong!!] But I don't think the toy animatronics have souls [except for mangle ofc]
I'm not too keen on my Fnaf knowledge rn since it's been a hot second since I went through lore ^_^; but I don't remember anything abt them being possessed, all I know is they're hooked up to attack ppl they recognize as criminals but I feel like that isn't it- also yeah!! A lot of them got voice lines for UCN and SD you should totally check em out on yt!!
