To commemorate the International Women's Day this year, I decided to draw Rosemary but as big and muscular. The rest of the description below is the story.

NOTE: The story is the same, but you can imagine that the counselors had outgrown their outfits except their undergarments.

As six members of the Council of Acorn had gathered in Castle Acorn and were waiting for Ixis Naugus to attend in order to start the meeting, a brown fox in a blue ninja mask snuck behind the castle windows so he could throw a cyan glowing stone (carved into a head of some cutesy creature) into the council.

Confusion ensued with Hamlin and Dylan rushing into the windows to find out who threw the stone, Penelope and Sir Charles stopping by the doors in case of gas attacks, and Rosemary and Rotor staring at the stone. Hamlin was genuinely fed up with ongoing misfortunes attacking the Council, prompting Dylan to pull the pig back inside and calm him down. Sir Charles and Rotor contacted Sonic and Sally respectively for backup in this situation, and Penelope opened up a closet of gas masks and hazmat suits through a series of locks in an annoyed but firm manner. Rosemary out of curiosity decided to come closer to the stone.

As the motherly fox touch the cyan glowing stone, it burst out a magical shockwave around the council room, shattering window glasses out of the castle. At first, nothing happened, but then Rosemary started to experience pains attacking her body, the rest of the Council followed suit. Her limbs started to expand, her chest to become bulkier, her anger to rule transformation, her roar to occur, the rest of the Council did the same as well.

Ixis Naugus, who was plotting for his next nefarious plan while eating chili dog on a bench, noticed the said shockwave and rushed inside the castle in fury. He kicked the doors into the council room, demanding to know what had happened, only to witness the six muscularized counselors turning to Ixis with scornful and judgemental faces. Mixed with shock and fear on first sight, he attempted to scare them into submission, but no response was given. He decided to calm down and think of a way to make them less aggressive. When he found the idea to do it, he used magic on Rosemary, but it gave her a headache instead. The furious vixen ran towards Ixis, catching him off guard with her attacks.

Rosemary still carried onto the cyan stone and picked up Ixis's staff, then placed her left foot onto the wizard's body lying against the floor, much to his dismay. The other transformed counselors approached Ixis, leaving him nothing but fear. Rotor, whose naturally chubby body turned into a bodybuilder shape, declared their intent on ruling New Mobotropolis with an iron fist. Although shocked by this announcement, Ixis reminded them about their original purpose behind the creation of the Council of Acorn. Rosemary acknowledged it but noted that the effects from the cyan stone had corrupted them beyond repair, and that the council had become more than they were capable of.

The counselors' monologue was cut short by Sonic and Sally rushing into the council room. Two were shocked by these new changes but were quickly grabbed by Dylan the Porcupine, whose timidity was replaced with arrogance, much to the two's shock. That level of arrogance also went to Hamlin. Sir Charles on the other hand expressed his desire to turn his own nephew and Sally into high-ranking commanders controlling the city. Rosemary gave them a wide mad smile and raised the glowing stone onto them, all while expressing her new desire to give her family militaristic roles as well. However, Ixis having none of it stood up and tackled against Rosemary, only to be ganged up by her fellow counselors. The infuriated Rosemary sentenced the wizard to life in dungeon and Ixis swore revenge, only to be cut off with a punch on his head by Dylan. Rotor chose to bring Ixis to the dungeons himself.

Hamlin immediately noticed Dylan and reminded him about Sonic and Sally, much to the porcupine's wrath against the closet of hazard protection equipment. Realizing that the two were gone, Sir Charles decided to run off to a broadcasting station with NICOLE so he could use the cyan glowing stone onto a telecom tower and the holographic lynx to put the entire city under the same transformation. As expected, almost every citizen got stung by electrical bolts around the perimeter, transforming into loyal giants. Now ordered to hunt down and bring Sonic and Sally to the Council, transformed citizens went on a rampaging search, triggering chaos across the city.

But unbeknownst to everyone inside, Sonic and Sally had managed to escape and go far away from the city. Sally was in despair to see such a state, especially when she witnessed NICOLE having become buff, joining others on the search and then laughing off about Sally's insecurities in a malicious manner. Sonic on the other hand became determined to free the city, he decided that the two needed more allies to recruit and more time to plan in order to turn its citizens back to normal. Sally agreed and tearfully hugged onto Sonic, who enclosed the embrace. As the two closed their eyes, the brown fox in a blue ninja mask was hiding behind a tree, followed by the now-transformed Fiona Fox and Mina Mongoose. Feeling what Sonic was up to, the fox decided that the trio should follow him and Sally but discreetly, in order to learn about their next plans and then crash them when time stroke.
