Let's go over this Russian foxy, shall we?

Silva has received formal martial arts and weapons training from RUFF's highest ranking combat specialists. She can take blows from even the strongest attacks, and deliver just as much. She's also a well-trained master of disguise, being able to change her identity and appearence in the blink of an eye to get at enemy secrets.

Bio:
Silva was born in St. Petersburg, Russia to two of the Russian Undercover Fighting Force's best agents. She apparently has inherited the espionage intellict and fighting skill from her father, and the undercover skills and flirtatious nature from her mother, both of which began to show as she got older. So, by the time she was 15, Silva was placed in a special program to help her develop her crime-fighting skills, and become a great RUFF agent like her parents before her.
She excelled very well in her training, and by the time she was 18, she enlisted in the Russian Undercover Fighting Force, TUFF's Russian branch. She proved to be quite a formidable force, helping the agency rid the country of remaining communists, but she wasn't very happy. As time went on, she began to realize that she wanted to help stop communism all over the world, and not just in Russia. So, she requested permission from RUFF's Chief that she go to Petropolis, California, and help do her part from there. He accepted, and Silva moved to Petropolis 7 years prior to Jason joining the agency.
It wasn't long, though, before she met Jason himself when he first joined TUFF. Despite being capable of holding her own on a mission, the Chief made Jason Silva's new partner. Over time, he actually proved himself to be very useful to her by using his stealth to scope out any points of interest, while Silva goes undercover to gain some extra info. Then, they realized that they worked together quite effectively together, and eventually started going out together.
Silva didn't meet Team Katswell until after Jason helped them thwart the Sharkbait Gang's raid on the mayor's yacht. He mentioned her while they were having lunch at Seagull's Bagels, and they rendezvoused with her at a photo shoot in Downtown Petropolis. Just then, she was called back to Russia to rescue Meryl and Eva from Comrade Crocovsky ans Sil'vyy von Bomba, both of which were feuding over control of Russia. So, with Team Katswell's assistance, Silva and Jason returned to Russia, and she went with Dudley, Allison, Stan, and Elvis to rescue Eva from Sil'vyy. They eventually stopped the two feuding pseudo-communists, and Dudley and the others were grateful for her help. Since then, Silva has decided to remain in Petropolis, and help Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell anyway she can.
Personality & Traits:
Silva is very flirtatious and fun-loving, but still maintains an air of competence when she's on duty. She always puts her job as a secret agent first, and strives to work very hard to be the best in the agency. But, when the work is done, she loves to unwind, and just have some fun. Silva's serious, but that doesn't mean she's all work and no play.
Because of her slender body, one would assume that Silva does some modelling on the side. Well, she doesn't model that much, but she filled in as replacement because a friend she knew was sick, which was how Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell knew about her. Ever since she worked with them, Silva has gotten along well with the team (even Dudley). And when she started working with Jason, she didn't mind him at all. It was only until he showed her what he can do to help that she began to develop feelings for him, and eventually start going out with him.
However, Silva's serious nature DOES tend to land her in trouble a couple of times. She normally underestimates her enemies at times, and often refuses to partake in any social gatherings just so she can finish her work. She also tends to suffer a bit from anxiety issues, and it often showed when she goes on a really big mission or just waiting in line to get a cup of coffee. But, Silva's still working on her problems, and is still a highly competent and likeable agent.
