For this week's personal project, I thought of tackling something I've been wanting to do for the longest time, which is a more fantasy version of Movie Slate.
I perhaps chose the worst time to do this, as I also decided to reset my sleep schedule and thus putting myself in the worst state of mind possible, that is sleep deprived, tired, and losing my mind every day. Nevertheless I gave myself some wiggle room, and decided to do the drawing without linework to avoid an extra step. As a result the drawing was completed on Tuesday, and while this could've been done better and faster I think the end result is competent enough.
I have been worrying over the past couple of years, about separating Movie Slate entirely from the world of MLP, perhaps to have her as her own character and still work. I think the celluloid hair look makes for a very messy but still weird enough that it's distinctive. It didn't take long to narrow her down, but then again I have no reason to struggle because I've been drawing her for years, so I'm used to what a pain in the ass to draw she is.
As for the title, well, this is the second to last project! One more and it's mission accomplished!
Please, let me know what you think of it in the comments. I appreciate each and every single one I receive.

Thank you!
