Tis a "added" line from a really bad british movie I saw many years ago where a scene had this guy examining some underwater findings through a magnifying glass, and the camera angle was just so you could see his eye like super huge and someone said "he's got betty davis eye real bad"

Next is to see if you can eyedentify *chuckles* where that came from originally. *grin*
