The ordeal of having a rock stuck in one's shoe all day is trivial: annoying to be sure, but it is only a mere inconvenience. Imagine that same scenario, then, but from the perspective of the pebble! If pebbles were alive, surely they would have some tales to tell... No doubt Danathius will, who ended up as such a pebble for poor Spit, who failed to feel the poor mage underfoot while going about errands for the majority of his day. In the end, Spit finally finds the poor micro, saving the tiny mage from a fate of being plastered to a smooth rat sole for the rest of the day. However, Danathius doesn't look too displeased, given his current situation...

Rodents are great, and they're even better when they're big enough to smush you! Looks like you were lucky to get underpaw of this rattie, he seems like a nice one.
