Here is my version of a yakisoba anyone can make!
Ingredients:
1 large onion (diced)
1 spring onion (sliced)
1/2 garlic clove (sliced)
1/8 cabbage head (sliced)
1 carrot (julienne)
1 packet of noodles
4 chicken ham (sliced)
Salt
Sugar
Yakisoba (or soy) sauce
Water
Cooking oil
1 egg
- add your cooking oil and pour in your onions and garlic and let them sweat for no more than 5 minutes in med heat before adding your chicken
- add in your vegetables and stir fry them for 8 minutes until soft and sprinkle some salt for flavour. Add in some sugar next
- once stirred and mixed, add a little bit of water and then add in your noodles, stir to blend and then add in your sauce
- soon fry your egg in a separate pan as a topping, plate your noodles and top it off with egg
- Done!
