By purchasing a commission from me (AidahDraws) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

I, AIDAHDRAWS (the artist):
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• You may NOT make profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

Payment
• PayPal ONLY
• NO REFUNDS - unless I, myself am unable to finish your order under any circumstance, you will get the difference of what you paid and what I completed as your refund. Plus the unfinished art.
○ (Example) you paid for a full body, Flat colored piece ($35)- if I was only able to complete the linework, you will get the unfinished commission and ($5) back.
• Charge-backs and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY
• FULL PAYMENT MUST BE DONE FIRST before I start your commission. Not including any additional charges through out the process that will be billed later.
• If there are any additional charges due to changes in the commissions progress I will notify you.
• The final product in full resolution and no watermark will not be sent until all payments are made

• Fetishes
• Gore
• Pornography
• Mechs
• Vehicles
• Detailed Backgrounds
• Copyrighted Characters

Once we agree to the ToS and payment is made, this is how my process will work
• I will give you Works in Progress (WIP) once I near the completion of a major stage such as, the Sketch, Lineart, Base Coloring, and so on.
• I will try to give you weekly to bi-weekly updates. If I haven't replied longer than a month then notify me.
• You will only have 2 MAJOR CHANGES, once for the sketch, and once more for the line art, when you give me the O.K to proceed to the coloring, the line art is FINAL. Unless I missed a detail on my end and it was my fault alone.
• Minor revisions such as adjusting colors, expressions and/or accessories are unlimited under reasonable circumstances. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.
• My canvas size is 8.5in x 11in with 300dpi then is cropped to size if there is too much negative space - If you want specific dimensions for your commission please let me know in advance before I start.
• References are a fantastic tool! If you have them, please send them to me. If you don’t have any visual references, be VERY DESCRIPTIVE.
• Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE as communication is crucial for the artwork process.
