Taryn, the daughter of Haley (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31310886/) and DJ, and previously seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31322876/ often gets carried around by her sister Andromeda, who herself donated her head in the same way Taryn donated her body. Not that she minds. As a full time head she does help Andy with things like tasting food, smelling, full sight, and the like. Only thing she doesn't like is when her sister removes her while moving. That long neck is pretty unwealdy and shes taken a few bonks on the head from it!

Heh her body is gone. Like, completely gone. Chopped up, cooked, and served to a crowd of hungry customers (including herself heh, since anthros can’t be full herbivores in my world).
Normally in places like this, which serve to manage carnivores and predators’ natural instincts, parts are magically or scientifically rebuilt (usually a bit of both) after being chopped off. But in some cases, like in Taryn’s, and with a lot of paperwork and consent, that regenerative ability can be removed, leaving the person in whatever final form they want to be in. In Taryn’s case, that means a head on a long, slender neck, and that’s it heh
Andy did the same with her head.
