B originally came a city within the pacific islands region of the aquatic culture. Deep underwater and highly removed from the day to day of the surface, much like any other country legal restrictions about travel, moving, etc were all in place. Coming out of High School B's grades weren't anything superb, however the opportunity to partake in an exchange program between a group of land and sea oriented students for the period of tertiary study. Which is why you'd see him on land
