Eren Mautam is a student of Pestilence. Pestilence has grown to encompass many things, including poison, pollution, pandemic, misinformation, and really anything that just makes you sick.
Eren's personal doctrine is to challenge the things you accept and take for granted. In its own weird way, Eren thinks it is chaotic good... but that's predicated entirely off the notion that the present-day world is just BAD.
The hybrid "kawaii up top, Captain Morgan on bottom" pose is a pretty good statement of that. In its own weird way.

It was a collaborative decision for the pose, haha. CreatureOfHabit wanted something hybrid masculine and feminine; they chose the top half and I picked the bottom.
