Although seven (!) months have passed since the beginning of the base-making process, this work was satisfying to do. For the first time, I began to forgive myself for minor flaws such as an extra haircut, one uneven stitch, an asymmetry of a couple of millimeters, and so on. I accepted the idea that I wasn't a robot and couldn't do everything exemplary, so I kept trying and started working faster, especially with the fur. Now I'm noticing that I acquire a love for the sewing process.
The most troublesome thing for me in this work was its eyes. Some people remember that I announced processes with three-dimensional eyes, but, unfortunately, I have not yet managed to achieve a perfect glossy surface, though, I was close to it (if not for the dust, everything would have worked perfectly, damn). I decided to make the fox no less my favorite 2D eyes, cause I was tired of wasting time on the eye topic. I'll try to test the announced design on the following projects.
I liked the result. At the beginning of the work, I had no idea what the character and personality should be. At certain stages, I didn't like him, didn't see him as a character, and was annoyed by his lack of emotion. But by the end of the work, this guy has acquired a real fox charisma, so I was delighted.
I want to express my deep gratitude to my family, who contributed to the holding of this photoshoot. Support from family inspires me to work and do new projects.
P.S. Dad is my irreplaceable model from work to work >:D
And huge acknowledgements to you - my subscribers. Sometimes I stop thinking that some person from the other side of the planet is following my work, hitting "thumbs up", leaving comments. That's the reason why the soul becomes especially warm and pleasant. You're all very, very cool!
Next in the line-lavender tiger. Wait for the news!
