i think that she's a gorgeous character!
also the idea of having a fennec fox as an OC is a very cool and original idea, if you ask me...

i like how you've drawn her eyes, with the nice eyelashes and the eyeliner, with good details on her pupils, nose and face, while her characteristically big ears are also done well, with good structure and fluff in them...

another fine part is her thin neck and the collar on her neck, while her shoulders, boobs and thin waist complete her looks very well...

all in all, its a great character concept and a beautiful drawing.
