I can see how they think you used more then watercolors, by the dark lineart around the ear rings and eyes, and the white strokes as details. But awesome job indeed!

I can believe it's all watercolor, and people who dont believe in black and white watercolors are dumbasses, but the part that I'm kinda of lost on is the earring piece. That to me looks more acrylic.

This is positively gorgeous! As a watercolor painter myself, I can definitely tell it's watercolor, but you by no means used the medium 'wrong.' True, there is a 'traditional' way of using watercolor which doesn't include white, but that doesn't make it 'wrong.' You used the medium to your advantage to get the effects you wanted, which is what successful and talented artists do. :)

Holy fuckjesus oh my god...this literally jumped off the page at me..from the thumbnail I thought it was a sculpture or something!! The way the feathers bend and show perspective on the neck/shoulder area is wonderful! You've got an amazing amount of skill! :)
