A low-calorie/high protein salad that’s as fun to make as it is to eat!
Here’s how you do it:
1-take 1 chicken breast and cut into thin strips, then marinate in franks red hot
2-grill chicken on flattop/fry-pan until no pink is in the middle
3-toss chicken with mixed greens and sriracha sauce
4-serve and enjoy!
From Chris: What I can also see in this - I hate guessing, so here goes :B
1/2 head fresh green lettuce, roughly chopped
1/2 bag cole slaw mix (with purple cabbage, shredded carrots and etc.)
big handful of crispy wonton noodles (I think)
1 -2 red chili peppers (Red or Anaheim)
...Also, it seems to me that using Franks Red Hot along with the sriracha as a dressing - there has to be something "in between" to make the sauce not only help spread throughout the salad, but also to avoid it tasting as a "one note" type of dish (and to avoid having it too spicy throughout). I would recommend using a light or avocado mayonnaise with a bit of 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed.
I do not recommend using/adding in vinegar, only because that is already in the Red Hot + Sriracha!
