Following AC I decided that the bunny needed a bit more work. His face has been shaved down again making it even less fluffy than before, black accents have been added to his eye-lids to give them a little more definition, a 12ga copper wire has been been sewn and glued onto his lower lip allowing it to be shaped more like its supposed to be and the foam rubber black lower lip was replaced, now more firmly glued into place over the shaping wire and fur edges.

I found that a clothing shaver works great for evening out the roughness of shaving. Another thing to try is starching the fur. The starch stays for a while and you simply take a water atomizer with you, spray the head with water, and comb it then lay the fur down gently by hand. It dries stiff and looks great.
I used broom bristles for whiskers. Not sure they're ideal, but they are more whisker-like. $7 for a broom and I have whiskers forever! Hard to get in and glue though...but I have a secret method that works pretty well...when I do it right.
