'I don't get it, why does that cat have so much trouble catching that mouse?'

Ingrid and Carla spent a lot of their time doing their job, however, when back at home the two generally need some time for themselves, and Ingrid has recently become quite interested in cartoon series, it's something she's become very interested in. Though maybe a little too much.

'Ingrid! Would you get away from the tv and come already!'

'Just give me a moment to finish watching this.'

Just doing a little bit of development for Ingrid, since I felt it be interesting to see what the villains get up too when their not trying to hunt down Lucia, plus I haven't drawn Ingrid for a while, so I thought it was time I did, hopefully you all will enjoy her as well.
