ifso: Make sure you get inspired by something, make a "mind picture" and keep "seeing" it while you're sketching, sketching is very important and don't stop until you the anatomy is perfectly correct and you like what the sketch looks like.
Than I get a black pen and trace the lines from the sketch I want to keep, I wait, and then I'm able to erase the pencil sketch under the pen line-art.
Than I colour it, making every colour fade from dark at the edges to light at the top of the shapes, think in 3D.
Than I trace it with pen and yay!
