The newest skin donned by Specimen 209, possibly in an attempt to gain flight for further influence spread. This creature takes the guise of a white tiger with large black wings that can retract into the body at will.

It is unknown if the Specimen was trying to emmulate the companion of the god Dionysus from Greek Mythology, but the specimen does seem to have some call back to the powers related to those origins. For example: Causing people to act outside their normal inhibitions after looking into the specimen's eyes for a prolonged period of time.

Though we've yet to see it produce a more monsterous form, it is better to assume that this specimen is not as benign as it seems.
