Aww thank you! That's such a kind compliment ;; I also had those books as a kid and was definitely inspired by a lot. I was just looking at the book "Verdi" about the python who didn't want to turn into a big green adult, he wanted to stay little and yellow forever :P The illustrations are so amazing!
