Slovenia Vacation Photos #3 – Helpful Dragon
In May of 2010, I went on a trip to Slovenia with my dad and my sister. These are some of the pictures I took during my trip.
Ljubljana’s symbol is a dragon, and dragons appear all over the city. Some of my favorites were these cute little anthropomorphic dragons that decorated trash receptacles, recycling bins, and garbage trucks. I can’t read the text, but I think the goal is to get people to properly dispose of their trash and recyclables. I particularly like the helpful dragon stomping on the aluminum can to flatten it.
