The triangle is Zelda's piece of the Triforce inside of her slime body! Think of it as her "core" in this form.

It just says "Chu Chu" in Hylian! Perhaps a bottle of the slimey extract of a Chu Chu, with unexpectedly transformative properties.

Its going to be an easter egg in something within a High Quality rip to be uploaded to scratch.mit.edu. the easter egg will be hidden unless you look inside the project and look in a certain sprite to see the hidden image.
