This is one of the more conceptual designs, I suppose. Change represents multiple priorities. Caramel wears many hats in Equestria, appearing as a farmer, salespony, doctor, audience member, wild west settler, buff carthorse, and more more more. He's got a lot going on, is all I'm saying. While his uncertain expression shows some discomfort with his alternate selves, the infinity symbol created by the two coins suggests that he is fully capable of handling himself no matter the stresses.
