13 chapters, plus an epilogue. We're at about the halfway point, and chapters 8, 9, 10, 11 are finished, with only 7, 12, 13 and the epilogue still being fleshed out. So far it's sitting at 32k words, but may end up between 35k and 40k by the time the last few chapters are finished.
