Warwick has been abducted from Zaun; neutralized before he'd cause any larger a disaster to those who wouldn't have their name, or body in public. He started out as a failed experiment under Singed, but he became stronger, faster and more powerful. His roars could occasionally be heard even in Piltover, and the higher-ups eventually contacted Zaun for an explanation. They were surprised to find out that the werewolf had taken out several Chem-barons and high-ranking officials, been unaffected by all types of weapons, and was impervious to even some of Piltover's technology, which had been smuggled into Zaun on prior occasions.
The officials of Zaun urged Piltover to help them, stating that it was only a matter of time before he ran out of prey and moved to them next, but there was nothing in Piltover that could match his tenacity. He'd been observed to leap over buildings higher than any trap, run up walls, and even burst through steel.

The officials of Piltover and Zaun got approval from their leaders to from an agreement with Demacians, whose magic-resistant devices could keep him contained. It took several months, and countless injuries on all sides to shut down the werewolf. He always heard and saw them before they saw him. He knew the streets in and out. It wasn't until the infamously poisonous smog in Zaun forced him out of hiding that they found and cornered him. They were sure that they had nearly killed him... but anyone who can survived Singed's experiments was CERTAINLY unkillable. The werewolf was sent to Demacia, and Zaun and Piltover paid them accordingly.

The Demacians were an incredibly fortified people, with more armor than any other nation. Magic-resistant armor at that. They placed magic-restraining bindings on the werewolf, before taking him into containment. Everyone thought Demacians' fortresses were a better cage than Zauns' streets or Piltovers' banks and public roads. They didn't know what Demacia's leaders were planning.

They saw use in a creature with so much power that it could force 3 regions who almost NEVER work together to mend each others aches and wounds. It made since that Singed allegedly thought him a failed "ultimate labrat". Whatever magic he used to make the werewolf, they needed to figure out how to counter it, so they secretly sealed him in a Demacian lab, where magic was allowed in finite amount for research.

The magic stasis held him in place through each experiment and test, but the test themselves were causing adverse effects. It seems that the werewolf was adapting to regional magic, and the lack thereof. His body was changing, and the leaders of the lab soon realized that they were dealing with a different kind of monster than they were prepared to deal with. Any attempts to remove the clothing from him and study it would be suicide, as he would likely tear the scientist apart. He would soon break out, and with his new form, no Demacian weapon would restrain him either.

With little options in terms of restraining him (magic must be used to restrain magic), the scientist began to form secret services that practice hypnosis magic in order to control him; convert him into a Demacian "watch dog" of sorts, if need be!
