Here she is, once again, the world's most beloved and favorited Vaporeon girl herself, Luiza the Vaporeon. Here once again, this time for a 2010 shot at things.
Late late late 6-month request for
luigi-vaporeon, and meant to be done like... back in January, maybe February somewhere. It all started as a conversation, and then he popped the question of drawing Luiza looking tempting somehow. So, I gave it a go, hope it's not too provocative.

x33 Hee~... I tried to go for a sports-bra appearance, and spent some time flipping through pages upon pages of panties until I found a style I liked, and tinkered the design a bit. ^^ Still some things I'm not too happy about with this picture, like her ridiculously huge boob. >.O; Buuuut the overal picture I think turned out well. =3
o: I could actually see that! x33 yeah, especially with Flareon, looking back at the old Red version's sprite for Flareon. I own a collie, so it's interesting you should say Jolteon. ;3 I thought Eevees kinda reminded me of collies, or even Shetland shepherds. x3 At least we're remotely on the same page. ^.~
