It's my roommate's birthday tomorrow. This was technically her present from -last- year, but I only just got around to finishing it (which is a good thing, because had I attempted it last year, it wouldn't have been very pretty. >.> trust me.) today. I'd designed these raptor-esque mounts several years back, and she wanted one. Themed after her favorite carousel pony.

So that's what this is.
I like the gold and silver lines here and there in the blankets and harness/bridle and sheathe. <3 I got tired/lazy around the end, though, and just threw some shading on.. with the intent of re-doing it if Lilu didn't approve (which she does <3).
