The two titans took up seats on mountains that towered over the city on their own, yet were barely knee high on the two of them. Their thunderous steps were only matched by their divine voices booming down from on high. What they discussed wasn't important, it was little more than idle gossip among the various divine circles the two muses moved in, but it washed over the city as much as their appearance. And their mere presence was having an effect on the city; several aspiring artists grabbed their sketchbooks or tablets and drew pencils and styluses across them to capture their interpretations of the scene. Writers sat at computers and typewriters or pulled out little notepads to jot down ideas the words the two spoke sprouted within their minds.
High above, the two muses gave a knowing smile as they felt their effects feed back into them. It wasn't worship, that wasn't how it worked with them, but the inspiration of creative minds and souls empowering the two of them. The difference was semantic, but they were happy to feel it all the same. It was why the two existed in the first place.
