Carlos: I've been expanding my repertoire to include things like traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and one of the key elements of that is the use of herb-infused rice wine. It may seem strange at first, but wine does have considerable health benefits when consumed in moderation, and the inclusion of certain medicinal herbs can bolster that.
