"Is anyone in your household currently incarcerated, or have any pending disposition of charges?"

Somehow, a customer heard my question as castrated. I just don't understand humans sometimes. She legitimately laughed at me asking why I'm asking a female if she's been castrated... Why would an insurance company be asking if a human has been castrated? It actually blows my mind, and I feel dumber every day. Having to define incarceration to an adult.
