For those of you that are familiar with my gallery. When I typically go out to practice lighting effects or coloring revolving around spells, I usually do so in a drawing for my friend  farx. For once I did not use a photograph for reference. Though I did use some drawings I saw to help me figure out parts of the poses and aspects of the magic. I know I have a long ways to go, but I was pretty happy with how this came out.

The first time I colored this I used multiple brushes that I got from deviantart, but after I finished it, I did not feel like it was my work. Instead it felt like an assortment of what others had done to help convey something I wanted to see. So, I ended up scrapping all of that and trying to add in my own effects. The only imported brush left in this picture is the cloud brush that I have mentioned using before in a couple other pictures.
