Just a suggestion, having worked in the vehicle window tint industry, Ceramic tints are easier to apply and bubble less if at all, compared to standard foil tint. They're a bit more expensive, but hold their shape quite well over curved surfaces

Don't know if that's something you can get ahold of in small quantities however, only ever seen ceramic tint on large rolls. I would assume it can be found in smaller quantities too

True Line is what I used to use professionally. amazons prices on it are pretty good. However amazon seems to sell mostly precut vehicle specific panels. However another company I've used on my own vehicles that does sell rolls that you can cut as needed is HoHo Film, pardon the very long link, you can select the darkness and they have several selections on sizes of the rolls

how did you apply it? usually i use soapy water in a spray bottle, spray on the visor then apply with squeegy. A visor like that should be very easy to do bubble free.

Yeah I used soapy water, watched at least 5 youtube videos in the topic and even used some heating for easier work, this was actually the 6th atempt :D

you may need more then 3 hands that pull the foil while you squese it down with a wedgie

hmm weird because ive done headlights and tail lights on cars and they sometimes have crazier curves. Its maybe the type of tint you using. Try getting vinyl tint, same type they use for wrapping cars, might be even called tail light tint

Thanks for the advice, long story short I have to do some plus circles around this issue, but for now I can't really go after this because our country is pretty much closed down... only groceries are open :S
