Pomplamoose have been turning out some absolutely wicked covers of good songs (like September and Telephone and Beat It <3), but their originals are intricate, wonderful portraits. With their videosongs, you can see what instruments are at play, and the silliness of its two members. They love what they do. =3

Someone showed me this band a while back and they are way more funky and fun than the name implies. (and actually i guess their irreverence for the Finnish capital is fun and funky itself ;3) The bass voices and percussion on this song have kept this running through my mind. x3
