Question 11 - Cooking Mama

You need:
-Beef. Either precut or a big piece from the shoulder
-Onions
-Pickles
-Thinly sliced Bacon
-Mustard
-Red wine (optional)
-Salt, Pepper
-Butter
-Flour
-beef stock
Process:
if not already precut, Cut the meat into long slices and dry them with a paper towel. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the top side, then place a slice of bacon on it,
followed by half a pickle and a thin sliced piece of onion.
Roll the whole thing with the topping on the inside, successfully capturing it inside.
To keep it together you can use either metal pins or Kitchen Twine, tieing the roll.
Give them a little roast in a pan with butter, then move them into a casserole.
Add vegetables for taste into the pan with the butter you just used, add the beef stock, salt, pepper and some water from the pickle jar into the pan.
mix it all up and add it to the casserole.
Put it on the stove on small flame or into an oven at 160°c (320°f) for 1 1/2 hours. now and then maybe add a little water for moisture...
after 1 1/2 hours you test if they have become soft by pusshing them slightly with a kitchen spoon. if they easily give in they are ready, if not, keep cooking them.
take them out of the oven and put the roulades on a plate. the leftover, still hot sauce in the casserole gets thickend with mustard, Beed Stock, flour, salt, pepper and eventually with more pickle water to taste.
you can add red wine for taste if you like. when the desired thickness is achieved, fill it into something better to handle and enjoy your roulades!

that sounds like a really good recipe may have to give it a try as i was a chef for a little while before i got my other job
hmmm as for the Coplay im only giving a hazard's guess that its from food wars and its either
1 Megumi Tadokoro chef outfit
or
2 Erina Nakiri chef outfit
thats what it looks most closley to me but then im pretty sure im wrong as i havent watched many anime's for some time due to my job takeing up lots of my time

huh?
well it was a pretty good guess to be fair i have watched food wars but it was a long time ago and the outfit just strongly remind me of those two females in the show
so glad i got that one right and im not to rusty on my anime yet
also just would like to say am loving these response's and the characters to go along with them
