Well, as you know (unless you don't. Spoilers) Sara has been shot with a sleep stinger and went unconscious, she was set to be a geneapig of turning a human into a Damien, but that never happened since Wamma is her friend, however, she got her advantages with it and Wamma is glad to loose his promotion for it. So I drew here Damien look.
Personally, I wish I can commission mankor on her transformation
