I was a bit inspired by revolutionary girl urena and royal pearl from stevenuniverse when I drew Carlotta's uniform.
This whole piece was inspired by a song I heard on amazon. Don't know the song unfortunately, as I was listening while a Working and didn't look.
I don't want to go too into making a backstory for Carlotta, since it would ruin her pure evil status. However, for the sake of the AU I might make up something none canon for it.
