My nesting partners smooching. Reffed from a photo because that's how I do my life drawing lol. Mix of watercolor and colored pencil and white gouache on hot press watercolor paper. I did not MEAN to put it on hot press - hot press is my least favorite watercolor paper lol. It meant I couldn't do the WHOLE THING in watercolor like I had planned. SO I adapted to the challenge and did mixed media instead. It was a problem solving process that I actually really enjoyed, and I'm happy with the results. And my partners LOVE it and that was the main goal all along ;p
