I like to think that Klutz' outfit is an alternate work uniform for the employees of Hell Corp. It's most likely just cause I liked the design for their outfit so I wanted to see Picha in it and my way to support it lel.
Either way, it's like a more a more 'Work/Labor' uniform or outside garb type to replace the fine tailored formal business for when in the office proper. Picha gets more 'adornment' than Klutz though. He has some bit more 'rank'. But eh more just to identify he works on the First Floor why the Roman 1 and his hat has a pentagram while Klutz no and his own glow.
It probably gets more adorned the higher one goes on the hierarchy till reach Boss yea. Also wanted a new icon so eeh, why this exists too ye.
