I come up with lots and lots of general characters but only ever had a deep connection with my main (hence 99% of art is devoted to them) but I'm exploring and trying to come up with another. I also like that this one will have small features that look like me IRL (a 2nd Tilly reference has blonde hair matching my own atm)

Trust me, you do well Dotti. It's fun to come up with lots of general characters when you find all them exquisite and precious, but as you have noticed and love to do, create a deep connection with only one or two of them is the best choice. Those you feel strongly devoted and close, when they look a lot like us irl, those are needy of more love and we like to treat them like part of the family. But yeah, from time to time is cool to explore new horizons and happily come up with another cute pup. ^v~
