I imagine that before long Slade will have guessed what the gift is but by that point he might be laughing quite a lot and squeaking in the ultrasonic range, so he won't really be able to vocalise his guess. It does look like the devious dragon is also intent on using that belt to bind Slade's legs, so it will probably end up with the other sock coming off and both bare feet getting tickled regardless of any guesses.
