This gentleman was wandering around the con and I just had to take a pic. I didn't ask but I am fairly certain the thing in his hands is a tribble. I also saw someone I am certain was dressed as #11 and someone in #9's leather jacket holding an inflatable Dalek. Lest you think this was weird, there was a Dr Who LARP planned and a home-made My Little Pony modeled after the Tenth Doctor in the Dealer's Den. A photo of that coming up next.
