A snake coils around a musician, wrapping his thick blue coils around the player with a predatory grin across his snout. Yet, who is the charmer... and who is the one being charmed? Is the cobra currently enthralling the musician to continue playing? Or is the cobra enthralled and coiling in tune to the musician's music?
A pic I was in with
tamurross (With the character itself belonging to
arskatheman . It was a nice pic and the artist,
carnival did a smashing job on it. :D It was nice enough for Tam to invite me to partake in this and the end product was quite ace. :)
Anyways, cobra belongs to me. Shiro belongs to
arskatheman but work of 'em is often commissioned by
tamurross while the artwork itself was done by the talented :iconcarnival;

It is neither!
What neither cobra nor musician realized, as they played their respective dances for one another, the blue one's coils against the furred man's claws, was that they were not in fact the ones gaining ground. Unseen to the pair was a omnificent figure, a quill in his fingers as he scratched out the characters onto a parchment set upon a stump, set far, far away in a nice little abode within the deep, dark woods. Now, seeing as these actions were commited far from one another, some people may have had a hard time accepting that the lone figure, sitting in a relaxed manner upon a fine pelt, was in actuality the orchestrator of the entire event.
Of course, seeing as this man likewise had an omnipotent well of ink to his side, and a scrying pot of water to his other, it was difficult to think of him as anything but...at least, to those who personally knew the figure. The male himself, as powerful as he was, was weary of his lonely life, and unable to bring others to his abode, took out his lusts upon others. His two amorous proxys becoming more friendly with one another, more potent in their actions, the being grinned sinisterly to himself, and scratched for another few notes to be strummed...before the precious instrument was pulled from the male's arms, and the serpent slowly brought their chests together, tongue waggling through the air before it was introduced to fur. "Yes...that's it...and now...the uprising...", he grinned vilely, waiting for just the right moment...before he completed the last character, and a great groan rose through the water into the room. These two would be at it for quite a while to come...
...okay, so I couldn't resist. Can you blame me? Anyways, thanks for posting Zsisron, and I hope that you enjoy this story blurb...and no, this isn't for the contest...unless you want it to be.

Heh, it was what I was going for, really. My inspiration's too spent to try for anything epic in a decent amount of time (albeit of my doing), and I have something of a writer's block in effect in my head. Seeing as I'm trying to tear down without inflaming it in the process, I thought to make a little blurb here, and, walla!
Anyways, I'm glad you liked it man. Always aiming to please, ya know? But I have to wonder...what would it be like as a larger story? *gears begin to click inside his head*
