Despite generally being in her werewolf form for when she's doing Hero things, there's times when Razira wants to go out on a proverbial night on the town while still as her fluffy self. And that's exactly what this picture is - Raz casually dressed dressed up, showing off her powers to whoever is taking the 'picture' here, and looking very awesome doing it.

A massive thanks to  Red-Dog for this wonderful casual picture of Raz, in an outfit entirely of the artist's creation. I absolutely love how she looks in this, from her great expression, to the bundle of fire in her hand, the shirt that shows off a bit of her tummy, the wolf belt, and the silk leggings that make me wonder how that would actually feel against fur.
