Scar wasn't liked in the pride. Neither was Pira — a smart, pretty lioness but rather capricious and even, frankly speaking, contentious. A former loner, full of caustic sarcasm directed at everything and everyone including her current pride mates, she nevertheless has always been pronouncedly good-natured towards King Mufasa's little brother and would often praise him in the presence of other lionesses, as if by chance. Always so that Scar could definitely hear her offhand compliments, at least in passing. Needless to say, he was surprised by such behavior... pleasantly, of course. And Scar wasn't the only one. Everyone in the pride knew Pira had her eye on him and watched her attempts at catching the fancy of the unsociable male with great interest. Looking in from the outside, it seemed to be a harmless infatuation... Doubtful that she could have developed any actual feelings for him. Cunning and ambitious by nature, the lioness has set her sights firmly on taking a leading position in her new pride, and since the role of the Queen has already been taken, Pira logically aimed at the spot of the Crown Prince's spouse. She considered herself so much better than the others and craved to make it to the top, so Taka seemed like a rather good pick for a husband. And, well, Scar wasn't one to turn such attentions down...

Hi guys!

I really want to share with you my long-awaited project - Shayena's story!

This will be a series of simple color sketches with a short text description for them. Each drawing will be dedicated to some important (or not so) episodes from the life of my main character, Shayena. The story itself begins with her parents - Pira and Scar.


I want to warn you right away that this story has nothing to do with my old comic with Rudo!


Shayena's story is based on 10 years of roleplaying on my russian The Lion King's forum. On this forum, we tried to completely repeat the plot of the cartoon. However, as often happens in role-playing, our plot quickly departed from the usual canon.
For this reason, this story will have VERY many differences and LOTS of characters, which you have never seen or known before. Most of these characters are NOT canon or semi-canon! It is important to understand that the world in which this story takes place was created by the efforts of dozens of players. I am only telling the story of MY characters specifically, with rare mention of the characters of other players.
In the comments under each part of the story, I will clarify which of the characters belongs specifically to me, and which does not. If some characters are not allowed to be used, I change their names and appearance to those invented by me personally and try to affect them as little as possible.
