lets just look at the words themselves and figure out whats faster... dogfish as in "its slow as a dog, or sick as a dog" aka its fuckin slow. now leopards on the other hand are cats and have spots, so do cheetahs and they are the fastest land mamals so if you take even half the speed of cheetah you has a leopard, put that into a fish and you have one hell of a fast fish! i win :)
