Three canine submissions in a row seems a bit much, but...
This is in honor of Stephen Sondheim's birthday, and one of his greatest musicals, Sunday in the Park With George. If you're not familiar with it, the musical follows the French Pointilist painter Georges Seurat while he draws and follows the people who end up in his famous painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Isle of La Grande Jatte. He draws them and gets to know all of them - even the dogs!
There's a great moment when he sketches the dogs and starts channeling their canine thoughts, almost like he's stepping into a dog's body himself. You can watch the moment here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnizH8lI2Ik - Mandy Patinkin, one of the most talented men living.
I really should have posted this last year on Sondheim's 90th birthday, but I didn't get the idea until later. The 91st birthday isn't as big, but still... happy birthday, Mr. Sondheim.

I always see Mandy in this role - most know him as Inigo Montoya, but to me he'll always be George.
I read in Sondheim's book the original idea was to hide a special microphone in his sketchpad to change the pitch of his voice to a growling mutt and a yapping lapdog. But it turned out Mandy didn't need any mike.
