Explanation:
- One of Frostcat's freelancing jobs was to protect a inventor's creation that can alter time. During his struggle to guard the invention, a orange tabby cat from another dimension assisted him and rewarded Frostcat with another version of the weapon that he used.

- Seeing that Blaze has traveled through dimensions herself, there was a slight possibility that she recognized the origin of Frostcat's ability.

A Good Fault: Originally this was suppose to be my anthro form battling Blaze since I've introduced my liking towards Blinx the Time Sweeper but  bbmbbf suggested to go with the Sonic-style look instead. Ultimately, a good call. =~_^=
