Wonderful coloring. The background definitely looks watercolory, though the character seems so cleanly colored she looks like gouache or markers or something.. How in the world did you do that?

Thanks! Hmm I think the inklines definitely help with popping her figure out more, though my only other explanation is that for her shading I just used a flat bluish color to give it more of a kind of cel-like effect. :O
