Doc. Vulpini used to be a well ahead man with high value of life, and always willing to help. after being adducted by the locust and processed. he managed to cut his leg open and insert his beloved scalpel deep into the flesh. as he manage to escape. he returned to military service after taking down a whole torture barge with nothing but his trusty blood thursty scalpel.
since then Doc. Willem Reynard Vulpini has a twisted and obscure way to see life. as a professionale is medical speaking the best. everyone tries to avoid him with the fear of falling in dispair into this Scalpel...
he always eat alone in the cafeteria. -lol-
