Ursula:: Importance of body language!
This time lack of electricity for half of a day :D I say, they should do this more.
i am not really a great fan of disney productions, but Ursula always had that specific thing in her. I always thought that way in which she was destroyed was rather... poor.
Sorry for many mistakes in her apperance. I was working without any reference, and i saw "Little Mermaid" like million years ago, so heck! I don't care either way, it's my version of Ursula :D

Your version... and still a very good version of Ursula! I saw this here and I just had to say:
1) Woah, Usula!!
and
2) Woah, traditional medai!!! ^^
The fluids movements of her tentacles really look believable, as if she was really under water (what she's supposed to BE, anyway). Maybe, just maybe, you could have added some bubbles around the arms... ;) but that's just small detail.
I think this picture already HAS GOT A LOT of nice detail. I also like how you did the background here. Something "typical maritim", if you know what I mean. It just looks like ocean, yepp. ^^
Like you said yourself: "Gotta do that more often". Indeed, it was definitely worth the time.
